See your hours for the week

Who can do this: Crew, Foreman

By the end of this article, you will know how many hours you have worked this week, and where to see each time entry behind that number. A time entry is one stretch of time on your record, from a clock-in to a clock-out, or one break.

Before you start

You need to have clocked in and out at least once this week for there to be hours to see: see Clock in, take a break, and clock out on your phone.

Steps

To see this week's total:

  1. On your phone, select Home at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Find the "THIS WEEK" box, below "MY JOBS". It shows the first and last day of the week, and the hours you have worked in it.

To see each entry, or an earlier week:

  1. Select More at the bottom of the screen, then select Time Tracking.
  2. Scroll to "This Week". Each entry shows its project, its hours and the date and time it started.
  3. To see an earlier week, select the left arrow under the week's dates. Select This week to come back to the current week.

What you see

  • Break time is not counted in your hours. In Time Tracking, a break is marked "Break".
  • While you are clocked in, the time you are working is not in the total yet. It is added when you clock out.
  • In Time Tracking, the current week with nothing on your record says "No time entries this week". An earlier week with nothing on your record says "No time entries in the selected week".
  • If you are a foreman, the "THIS WEEK" box counts every entry you can see in Time Tracking for the week, your crew's as well as your own. It shows the same total as "This Week" in Time Tracking.
